1. In the current age of ‘obsession with beauty and youth’ , are we missing something amidst a plethora of products and technologies?
Beauty and reverse aging is a multi-billion dollar industry, with all manner of procedures, services and devices, ranging from expensive skin care treatments to plastic surgery. But these only treat the external aspects and don’t do anything to change our perspectives and judgments or empower us to acknowledge our own beauty. It leaves us still judging the person looking back at us in the mirror, no matter how much money we spend on products and procedures.
My question is what if there was another possibility? What if we could rejuvenate our physical appearance but also change how we feel about our bodies?
We rarely acknowledge how deeply our self-judgement impact the aging process and our appearance in the world. Cosmetic treatments may change things for a little while but the point of view underlying it doesn’t really change. I’m interested in improving physical appearance but, more deeply, transforming the deeper internal perspectives that create the way we look and feel.
2. Most people know of ‘facelift’ as either a botox process or some other cosmetic procedure. What exactly is ‘facelift ‘ from the Access consciousness ?
The Access Energetic Facelift is the first beauty technique I’ve come across that is totally non-invasive, dynamically nurturing, and has reported both physical and emotional benefits. A session runs for 60-90 minutes. All you do is simply lie down comfortably while the practitioner delivers a gentle and slightly upward- lifting pressure on your skin with their hands starting on the décolletage, then over the neck and face. A lot of clients drift into a very relaxed state and many report feeling a tingly or warm sensation spreading through their face, neck and body during the session. You can’t do any harm with this process, there is no risk of allergic reaction or the results going ‘wrong’. It is using the power of touch to deepen and quicken the body’s natural healing capacities. There are 32 unique energies running simultaneously, in this process to facilitate deeper change by unlocking the limiting judgements and perspectives we’ve put on our bodies.
3. How does facelift work physically as a beauty aid and energetically? Is it only restricted to the face?
The Access Energetic Facelift is an incredibly nurturing way to restore, enliven and rejuvenate the face and reverse the signs of aging all over the body. Many clients experience improved skin elasticity, light and luminosity of face, fuller hair, clearer eyes, improved relaxation, more energy, and even lifts of the breast and buttocks! The benefits go beyond that, allowing shifts in your whole experience and relationship with your body.
I’ve had a teenage client with PCOD resulting in facial pimples and extra hair growth on their tummy. After a few sessions of the Facelift energies, the pimples and extra hair disappeared.
Another client had trouble with extra weight on the sides of her thighs, and I suggested running the Energetic Facelift energies on her thighs every day on her commute to and from work. She did that every day for two years, just giving her body these energies – not trying to control her diet or do anything else – and she has lost 34 kilograms of weight.
When you receive these Facelift energies, you also start feeling better and feeling really good about yourself. It starts showing up dynamically differently in all other aspects of your life, relationships and business.
I’ve personally experienced the dynamic changes. Once when I was feeling tired and exhausted (and looking it!) and had to go out to a party that evening. I had the Facelift energies run on me for about 30 minutes, and I got up with my face glowing, my eyes sparkling, my energy renewed. 4. What got you to learn this process? What inspired you?
I have been working with the Access Consciousness® tools for several years, and as part of the multitude of energetic processes, I became familiar with the Energetic Facelift. I noticed that using it on clients as well as myself that unpredictable yet miraculous changes were occurring that you just don’t see anywhere else. In particular, greater happiness and joy with the body is possible, regardless of weight, age, imperfections and so on. Seeing it help others walk through the world looking and feeling beautiful, enjoying their bodies, and seeing things change in all areas of their life is what has inspired me the most.
5. Can facelift replace invasive surgical procedures?
Surgical procedures are often used to create a particular effect– and they don’t always work out the way we’d hoped. With the Energetic Facelift, a much more holistic change is occurring – and in that process specific things can change, too, although it rarely shows up the way you think it will.
For example, I have a birthmark on my face that shows up when I’m tired. With the Energetic Facelift, it hasn’t gone away, but the pigmentation has significantly changed so it’s hardly noticeable, and I gain a glow in my face, skin, eyes and being that is undeniable. When you don’t judge something any more, when it is no longer significant, it becomes part of your beauty and vibrancy. That’s what the magic of the Access Energetic Facelift really is – everything about you becomes rejuvenated, joyful and beautiful. You can’t control how that will show up, but it tends to show up far greater than you can predict.
The Facelift doesn’t replace surgery. Choosing surgery isn’t wrong, and if you know surgery works for you, then you must do what works for you. - Choose gratitude instead of judgement with your body. When you look in the mirror, acknowledge what is great and wonderful about your body.
- Every day when you wake up, gently cradle your face and say ‘hello’ to your body. Thank your body for being with you, for putting up with you and all your judgements of it! Tell your body at least 3 things about it that you are grateful for.
- Do something nurturing for your body every day. Go for a walk, do something fun that reminds you how enjoyable it is to have a body in this world.
